Thomas M. Kuche | Regional Manager
Thomas Kuche was born in St. Petersburg, FL. He attended private schooling his entire life and graduated from St. Petersburg Catholic high school as a member of the Student Council, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta. Thomas had an outstanding business mindset so he chose to continue his education at the University of South Florida. There he initially choose to major in accounting, however; after he started his graduate classes he quickly realized he wanted to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He graduated in the summer of 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in finance. A short while later he pursued a career in the healthcare industry with a healthcare management company. There he was able to manage the entire environmental services department within a healthcare facility overseeing staff, managing inventories, managing budgets, and scheduling projects accordingly. After only being with the company for one year he was promoted to Area Manager overseeing 3 facilities while also being responsible for managing his own facility as well. He was responsible for managing over $1,000,000 in revenue while overseeing the entire operation as a whole. Only 3 months later Thomas was promoted to Regional Training Manager. He was responsible for hiring and training managers while handling various HR cases within the Region and overseeing the entire regional training program consisting of over 70 facilities within the state of Florida. While overseeing this program, Thomas hired and trained countless numbers of Veterans that became managers within the company. Thomas also conducted and ran conference calls, meetings with corporate executives, and job fairs for prospective leaders of the company. He has an extensive expertise in Human Resources couple with an outstanding knowledge of the financial industry as a whole. Thomas has the passion, motivation, persistence, and pursuit of perfection that can be matched by very few.
